Fifth Annual AltWheels Fleet Day
—  Monday,  October 5th, 2009  - 8:30a to 3:30p  —

  • Registration • Agenda • Vehicles/Exhibitors • Directions

AltWheels Fleet Day is an event for leaders in fleet management: If you are a fleet manager or commercial vehicle operator looking for new technologies and practical tips for coping with rising fuel costs, come to Fleet Day to learn how to achieve greater efficiency while making the business case for clean technologies that fuel costs and emissions.

Great Location: Fleet Day will again be held at Staples World Headquarters where attendees can see exciting transportation options, with room for more indoor exhibits, breakout sessions, and outdoor vehicle displays.

Great Attendance: We expect more than 350 Fleet managers and procurement officers this year with a balance between municipal, and corporate participants. We are also attracting larger national fleets as well as a very strong selection of local fleets.

Excellent Speakers: Last year we had more than 45 speakers signed up to join us for three panel sessions and seven breakout sessions. We just received feedback on the sessions from the survey and the average speaker was rated between "excellent" and "very good."

More than 40 Display Vehicles: 23 for Ride and Drives. We expect to have one of the most impressive and diverse displays of vehicles ranging from some of the first hybrid/electric class 6/7 vehicles in the country, to a full selection of flex fuel and biodiesel vehicles, to an array of CNG vehicles, and fuel cell/hydrogen vehicles.
